Personal data proteccion

The Personal Data Protection Law ( N° 25.326) is a public law that regulates the data base activities that registers personal information. Its objective is to guarantee to the people that the use of their personal data is controlled.

Biodevelop assumes the character of Registered Responsible since it has accomplished with all the permissibility requirements that this law requires, that is regulated by the Personal Protection Data National Direction, an agency dependent of the Argentine Ministry of Justice and Human Wrights.
